The Cook Number™ System.

With our unique Cook Number System on all Fire Stone grills, anyone can cook like a gourmet chef.  This innovative system consists of specific cook numbers that represent food temperatures.  A dial on the front of the grill displays numbers one through ten, each correlating with a specific temperature.  The cook number is determined by deciding what temperature you want your food to reach.  When that has been determined, simply insert the built-in temperature probe in the food and set the dial to the cook number.  When the food has reached the correct temperature, the grill will beep and light up, signaling that the food is done.

The Cook Number system is perfect when cooking for guests.  Because you will get a signal when the food is done, you can leave the grill to entertain your guests, without the risk of overcooking your food and ruining the meal…it really takes the guesswork out of grilling!
